- Products that are personalized or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and send you detailed instructions for returning the product.
- Prepare the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring everything is properly sealed.
- Ship the Return: Once you’ve prepared the item, send it back to the address we provide. Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement at no additional charge.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) of receiving the product. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product and either issue a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products are not eligible for return. These include:

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
